GET TO KNOW ME
Empowering People and Communities to Live Full and Rich Lives
I am passionate about supporting thriving, connection and growth. My own experience of personal growth through supportive alliances and relational practice has been transformational. Now I am privileged to support others on their personal journeys. At the heart of my work is the aim to facilitate reconnection to ourselves, our relationships and our environments.

In counselling, psychotherapy & supervision we work together to discover personal insights and then integrate that awareness to improve your way of dealing with the issues that occur in day to day living. Starting out my education in visual arts my therapeutic work is infused with creative processes.

I have been working with people for many years in community support organisations, govt agencies and private practice. Having worked in prison settings, drug and alcohol therapeutic communities, Aboriginal communities and extensively with trauma and mental health issues. I am also a qualified remedial massage practitioner and work with somatic body centred practices.

I have deep love for connection to nature and take therapy outside to support reconnection to our life sustaining planet. Working in and with nature in mindfulness and creative self awareness activities to improve wellbeing, connection to self, our communities and our environment. In the tranquil silence of a forest or listening to the calling power of the ocean, nature speaks to us in a space beyond words, supporting us to connect, respect, and protect the natural world and come back to ourself as an integral being in nature.

I run short courses and facilitate workshops. My therapeutic education includes: Diploma of Applied Science /Counseling, training in hypnotherapy, mental health, supervision, process oriented psychology, facilitating mindfulness, eco-therapy, metaphysics and Laughter Yoga, a Graduate Diploma of Gestalt Therapy and Master of Gestalt Therapy.

In my spare time I can be found playing around in water, exploring a quite nature track or in my garden.
